RETURN & REFUND POLICY
For most convenience, Our money-back guarantee return window is 30 days. It’ll be the 30 days from the delivery date (or the latest estimated delivery date if the actual delivery date is unavailable, for example, the delivery date shown on the tracking number status ). Your item must be in mint condition(the tags must be intact). The original package is included.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
The cost for returning an item/items will be decided based on the following reasons:
- Customers are responsible for the return fee for the following reasons: I ordered by mistake, selecting the wrong measurements, modifying/canceling the order details (such as Size, Custom number, and type of the product…) after the item had been shipped, and anything that can indicate that the mistake is on the customer behalf.
- MyGooseShirt is responsible for the return fee for the following reasons: Sending items that don’t match the customer’s order detail, sending low-quality items (for example, blurry print, wrong custom name…), and anything that can indicate that the mistake is on our behalf.
Customers will be charged for $5 return shipping fee.
What is the restocking fee?
There is no restocking fee.
ELIGIBLE CASES FOR A REFUND:
To make sure that we handle your request fairly, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within 30 days of purchase) in certain situations, including:
- Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons, not due to MyGooseShirt’s error are not accepted.
- Products with a missing shipping label or label that has been defaced

RETURNING A PRODUCT INSTRUCTION
After receiving our refund confirmation email, please follow these instructions:
- Pack all the returned items and a print-off of your confirmation of purchase email and the return label.
- You can use any courier to transfer the package to the address provided on your return label.
The return address will be informed to you via email.
How Will Customers Get the Return Label?
We will send you a return label by email. You can print it out to send the package later.
Our return policy is non-seasonal. Thus seasonal override is not applicable.
AFTER SUCCESSFULLY RETURNING AN ITEM
In the next step, after successfully returning the item, You can demand refunds (if applicable) or exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged caused by our errors. The customer will confirm the item delivery address through email.

Once your returned goods are received and inspected by our manufacturers, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by email.
If the refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and the full funds will automatically be transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
