Hosted by Tiffany Dufu, Founder and CEO at Cru, a training organization for women in the United States, the celebration began with a concert by Italian-Brazilian conductor Simone Menezes, bringing a musical space of beautiful masterpieces to pay tribute to all involved, the amazing women who make an impact on successful entrepreneurs.

The ceremony also welcomed special guests: Guo Jingjing, world diving champion and pioneer woman, and Yara Shahidi, actor and producer, who shared their vision for gender equality. The event is also an opportunity to honour the 10 Women’s Initiative Community Champions – whose mentors, judges and coaches serve as their precious vital players.
